It’s Open Enrollment season again, and I got my current statement of benefits. The statement of benefits was accompanied by a printed HIPPA Privacy Statement that was 33% larger than the statement of benefits. Among other things, it told me how I can obtain a printed copy if, for some reason, I should want one.
My Harpist/Muse and I like to travel. We always take a few photos such as this one where she is being blessed by Franz Listz in a park in Budapest near where he lived in the music school. You can find galleries of a few of our photos under the Galleries menu item at the top right. So far, just one gallery of pictures of Wales, but that will change.
Ukatasana is the chair pose in yoga. You look like you are sitting in a chair except that there isn’t one. I’ve always liked Ukatasana, but I’ve wondered if there is any use for this pose in normal, daily life.
My daughter has finished the chemo; finished the radiation. Now rest, build up strength, return to a full life. What joy.
Next year, we’ll do a half marathon together!
